From last season, when all six Heller teams got bowl games, to this year in which Auburn might as well have just skipped the season (sigh). Of course, there was plenty of excitement to be had as TCU entered the Big 12, and didn't do so badly, considering we lost our starting QB to the oh-so-very TCU problem that is drunk driving. Meanwhile TAMU made themselves perfectly at home in the SEC, and LSU kept its head up. I am rather surprised that LA Tech didn't get a bowl game this year, considering they had a decent season and a top-ranked offense, but that's the WAC for you.
Herewith, the bowl games that garner my attention this season (which coincidentally fall in order of ridiculousness to legitimacy):
29 December - TCU v. Michigan State - Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl
31 December - LSU v. Clemson - Chick-fil-A Bowl
4 January - Texas A&M v. Oklahoma - AT&T Cotton Bowl
