Chef Hergatt graciously came out to say "Hello" to me and my parents, and we had an absolutely lovely meal. Please excuse the poor quality of the pictures -- no photograph could capture the delightfulness and deliciousness of this food, but I wasn't exactly taking pains to set up perfect shots either. I was far too eager to taste each wonderfully complex dish. I also forgot to take a shot of the menu, so I've tried to remember the elements of the dishes as accurately as possible, but I may be slightly off here and there.
We opted for a four course meal so that we could all order different things. I only took pictures of my own dishes, though everything was so good that none of us could horde any of our dishes -- we all just had to share a taste of everything.
