Dear Live Nation . . .

Hi guys. You're selling and printing your own tickets now. That's exciting. I'm happy for you. Way to stick it to Ticketmaster.
As a fellow music lover, I just wanted to make sure you guys realize that you are in fact producing tickets for concerts, not airline flights. Because nobody carries their travel wallet around with them when they are just going to see a show.

Also, while you're looking into things, please fix the fire alarm system at the Blender theater, because having the fire alarm go off three times during Jon McLaughlin's set isn't fair to him or the audience.

Jon handled it like a pro though. When the fire alarm stopped the music the first time he quipped, "We have a little skit we do at this point." He was sufficiently exasperated by the other two instances, but was also a very gracious good-sport about it all and even did an extra encore.
