I must weigh in on TCU and say that Frog Nation should be THRILLED that we got a major BCS bowl game. It is what we have all been looking forward to all season. We are undefeated. We have proved ourselves on a national level. So I was very disappointed tonight when all my Frogs on Twitter could only seem to bitch about the fact that we are playing Boise State. I am not a college football expert, but my understanding is that many of the major BCS bowls are pre-determined conference match-ups, so it's not like we have a huge choice in the matter of who we play.
I for one am happy that TCU has finally made it. We were so close in 2003, and then North Mississippi State, of all schools, screwed up that season for us. So let's stop being Bitter Bettys out there fellow Frogs. The Fiesta Bowl! So much better than the Furniture.com Bowl or playing a bowl game in our own stadium. We have come a long way, and we have bled a lot of purple; now let's celebrate!!!
